Out in Colorado, I planned to rent a room from a couple of homeowners. I supplied the party with my information and a partially payed first, last and deposit. About a week later, i decided the place was not for me and backed out the deal. No papers were signed, just a broken intent on moving in. Am I entitled to receive the total amount of money I submitted, if not how much?
